Very large female Malaysian Moon moth, Actias maenas from Malaysia, presented in a handmade 9"x10.5" wood frame. You will receive the exact same framed moth shown in the photos. I am selling it at a discount due to the slight scale rubbin on the left forewing. Still a beautiful giant specimen! Wingspan measures 6.15 inches across, 6.15 inches from top to bottom! I have prepared this specimen with the wings lowered. This style was popular in Victorian entomology collections. Curious Kingdom has been lovingly crafting and providing our insect frames for over a decade to nature enthusiasts, museums, and television and film sets.
