Incredible real metallic gold jewel beetle, Chrysina curoei from Belize, presented in a handmade 5"x5" wood frame. Professionally mounted on parchment paper with the scientific name and country of origin printed below. Looks like 24K gold! This beautiful and very uncommon beetle is related to the smaller species, Chrysina resplendens. This very large golden beetle measures 29 millimeters from top to bottom (not including elytra or legs.) You will receive the same perfect specimen shown in the photos. Very limited stock. If you are interested in purchasing this beetle unmounted, I can carefully and safely detach it from the mounting board. Please message me if you have any questions.
