Spectacular iridescent Bronze Forester butterfly, Euphaedra themis niveovittata from The Republic of Congo, presented in a handmade 5.5"x5.5" wood frame. Professionally mounted on black paper. You will receive the exact same framed specimen that is shown in the pictures. This is the first time I have been able to offer this gorgeous species. The wings are slightly pearlescent and have a lavender sheen when viewed from certain angles. Wingspan measures 2.8 inches. Curious Kingdom has been lovingly crafting our handmade insect frames for over a decade. We have provided these natural displays for nature enthusiasts, museums, and television and film sets. Most of our insects are ethically sourced from farming operations located throughout the world. All of our insect frames are handmade from painted birch wood in the USA.
