Rare orange form leaf insect, Phyllium pulchrifolium from Indonesia, presented in a handmade 5.5x7.5 inch wood frame. These unusual insects mimic leaves for protection from predators. Measures 3.95 inches from top to bottom. You will receive the exact same perfect specimen shown in the photos. Curious Kingdom has been lovingly crafting and providing our insect frames for over a decade to nature enthusiasts, museums, and television and film sets. Most of our insects are sourced from farming operations located throughout the world. All of our insect frames are handmade from painted birch wood in the USA. I personally prepare each insect one at a time and put everything together here at my Bug Studio in Silver City, NM.
