Wow! One of the most beautiful moths I have ever seen. Large Owl eyed moth, Erebus albicinctus from Vietnam, presented in a handmade 7.5"x7.5" wood frame. Professionally mounted on black paper. You will receive the exact same specimen shown in the pictures. This is an exquisite and rarely offered species. The eyes on the forewings are unusually captivating and seem as if they are looking at you, very haunting! The wings have a iridescent deep purple/blue sheen. Unreal! Wingspan measures 4.2 inches.
