Extremely large and rarely offered female swallowtail butterfly, Papilio deiphobus from Indonesia, presented in a handmade 9.5"x9.5" wood frame. Professionally mounted on white paper. HUGE 6.65 inch wingspan! This coloration on this species varies quite a bit and this particular example is really exceptional! You will receive the exact same perfect framed specimen shown in the pictures. I have prepared this specimen with the wings slightly lowered, in the style that was popular during the late 19th century. Curious Kingdom has been lovingly crafting our handmade insect frames for over a decade. We have provided these natural displays for nature enthusiasts, museums, and television and film sets.
