Real butterfly, Hypna clytemnestra from Peru, presented in a handmade 6"x6" wood frame. Professionally mounted on parchment paper with the scientific name and country of origin printed below. This unusual shaped butterfly has elaborate patterning which resembles dead foliage. Amongst the browns and creams there are little dots of metallic silver! Wingspan measures 2.9 inches. You will receive the exact same perfect specimen shown in the pictures. Curious Kingdom has been lovingly crafting our handmade insect frames for over a decade. We have provided these natural displays for nature enthusiasts, museums, and television and film sets. Most of our insects are ethically sourced from farming operations located throughout the world.
