Extremely large and beautiful real flower beetle, Goliathus orientalis from the Congo, presented in an extra deep 9.5"x10.5" wood frame. Professionally mounted on parchment paper with the scientific name and country of origin printed below. Clean example, wingspan measures 6.75 inches! Measures 3.4 inches from the tip of the horn to the bottom of the shell (not including legs.) You will receive the same exact specimen shown in the photographs. This is one of the largest and heaviest species of beetles on earth, and this is a very big example. I have smaller specimens available in separate listings. Curious Kingdom has been lovingly crafting and providing our insect frames for over a decade to nature enthusiasts, museums, and television and film sets. Most of our insects are sourced from farming operations located throughout the world. All of our insect frames are handmade from painted birch wood in the USA.
