Wow! This moth is awesome :) This is the first and only example of this incredible species that I have ever been able to source. This specimen came from an antique collection. Rarely offered real rainbow colored Castnia moth, Castnia psittacus from Chile, presented in a handmade 6"x6" wood frame. Professionally mounted on black paper. This is a large example with a 3.55 inch wingspan. You will receive the exact same framed specimen shown in the pictures. Curious Kingdom has been lovingly crafting our handmade insect frames for over a decade. We have provided these natural displays for nature enthusiasts, museums, and television and film sets. Most of our insects are ethically sourced from farming operations located throughout the world. All of our insect frames are handmade from painted birch wood in the USA.
